Applies to: Oggi Sciopero
Oggi Sciopero ("the App") is developed and maintained by Alexandr Nadtoka ("I", "me", "my"). The App shows transport strikes in Italy and can remind you about them. This Privacy Policy describes what data the App uses and how it is handled.
In short: the App has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your settings stay on your device.
The App saves the following locally, only on your device:
This data is never sent to me or to anyone else. Deleting the App removes it.
The App downloads the public strike calendar of the Commissione di Garanzia Sciopero (CGSSE), collected by the onData project and hosted on GitHub. The App downloads the same file for every user; your preferences are not part of the request. As with any internet request, GitHub can see your IP address. Its handling is governed by the GitHub Privacy Statement.
When you open a strike's official text, it opens on the CGSSE website, which has its own privacy policy.
If you allow notifications, the App schedules reminders on your device for strikes that affect you. Reminders are local notifications: they are planned on your device and no push server is involved. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Oggi Sciopero.
The App does not collect:
The App has no ads and no in-app purchases.
The App collects no personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, for example if the App adds new features. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
