Welcome to Teso: Couples ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application available on the Apple App Store.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign In, Google Sign-In, or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

3. Description of Service

Teso: Couples allows users to:

  • Connect with an authorized partner
  • Swipe relationship cards
  • Match cards with a partner
  • Add relationship events (dates, movie nights, intimacy, etc.)
  • Use AI-powered conflict resolution (subscription required)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

We do not process or store your payment information directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
  • Reverse engineer or copy the App
  • Upload harmful or malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI Conflict Resolution Disclaimer

The AI conflict resolution feature provides automated analysis based on user input.

  • It does not provide legal, psychological, or medical advice.
  • Results are informational only.
  • You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and functionality of the App are the property of Alexandr Nadtoka unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free
  • The Service will be uninterrupted
  • AI analysis will be accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandr Nadtoka shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Emotional or relationship outcomes
  • Loss of data
  • Subscription-related disputes handled by Apple

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
