1. License to Use the App

"My Clients" grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the app on your device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app without express permission.

2. Subscription

"My Clients" offers an auto-renewable subscription. By subscribing, you gain access to premium features, which may include advanced appointment management tools, backups, and other functionalities as detailed in the app.

Subscription Details

• Subscription Type: Auto-renewable
• Subscription Duration: Monthly / Annually (depending on the plan you choose)
• Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel the subscription at any time through your device settings or via the App Store. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but it will not be renewed after that.
• Pricing: Pricing details for the subscription are displayed in the app before you purchase. We reserve the right to change the pricing of the subscription at any time, but any price changes will only affect future billing cycles.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID settings on your device. After the cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Data Collection and Use

"My Clients" may collect personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The app uses third-party services (such as Applovin SDK, Google AdMob SDK, Firebase Analytics, and RevenueCat SDK) that may collect information for advertising, analytics, and in-app purchases.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Distribute the app or any parts of it to third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app's settings or by contacting us directly. Upon termination, your access to the premium features provided by the subscription will cease immediately.

The app is provided "as is," and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the app's operation or content. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to data loss or personal injury.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless "My Clients" and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the app or any violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Please review these Terms periodically to stay informed about the rules governing your use of the app.
