Which cities are supported?

City Transport covers 28+ Ukrainian cities including Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, and many other regional cities. The full list is available within the App.

The map isn't showing any vehicles. What should I check?

Make sure you have an active internet connection. Vehicle data requires a network request to fetch live positions. Try pulling to refresh or tapping the manual refresh button. If the issue persists, the transit data provider for that city may be temporarily unavailable.

How often does vehicle data update?

You can configure the update interval in Settings — choose from preset intervals or switch to manual refresh mode to update only when you tap the refresh button.

Do I need to allow location access?

No. Location access is entirely optional. If granted, the App uses it only to center the map on your current position. You can use all features without sharing your location.

How do I remove ads?

You can remove ads via the in-app purchase option in Settings. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription required.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings within the App and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I switch the interface theme?

Open Settings within the App and select your preferred theme — light, dark, or the default system theme that follows your iOS appearance settings.
